Files format when uploading files for quote:

This service is avalaible only with Microsoft Office 97-2003 files, Word (.doc) and Excel (.xls).

To receive an instant quote for translations:

• 1. Click on "Browse"
• 2. Select document you want translated.
• 3. Select "Translation" from service drop down menu
• 4. Click on "Upload"
• 5. Select the type of translation: (Personal, Business, or Specialized or Technical)
• 6. Select when you would like the project to be completed by from the drop down menu. (1 day or less, 2-3 days, more than 3 days)
• 7. Click on Get a Quote

For another quote repeat above steps. To receive a proposal from one of our professionals click on "Send file for review." If you are a repeat customer you will need to log in, if you are a first time customer you will need to either register in our database, or send us your document as an attachement in an email to info@transcendspanish.com.

If for some reason the instant quote doesn't accept the uploaded document, send it in an e-mail to info@transcendspanish.com and after a specialist looks at your quote you will be contacted with our proposal.

To receive a quote for Proofreading:

• 1. Click on "Browse"
• 2. Select document you want proofread.
• 3. Select "Proofreading" from service drop down menu
• 4. Click on "Upload"
• 5. Select when you would like the project to be completed by from the drop down menu. (1 day or less, 2-3 days, more than 3 days)
• 6. Click on "Send File for Review"

File Status

Once logged in, by clicking "File Status" in the upper right hand corner of your screen, you see a history of your completed projects and status of pending files.
